- Mobilization of manpower, equipment and tools that required for the execution of work
- Erection of scaffolding for roof access and safety (≈ 180 m3)
- Removal of existing roof sheet and transport to WDA (1400 m2)
- Fabrication of zinc gutters (≈ 70m)
- Fabrication of zinc roof ridges
- Installation of new gutters
- Installation of new roof ridges
- Installation of new roof sheets (1400 m2)
- Removal of scaffolding
- Cleaning and demobilization in the area

- Pre-painted flat galvanized zinc sheet 0.6 mm (100 x 200cm): Qty ≈ 200 m2
